Despite good successes at the front, the “Backback” has not yet been adopted by the Ukrainian Armed Forces due to the excessive bureaucratization of the process.

The process of official adoption by the Armed Forces and starting mass production is very slow. To wage a hard war is an unacceptable luxury.
