The complicated lawsuit between Apple and Epic Games is now fighting over one issue: offering developers payment options outside of the App Store, and so Have Apple waive the 30% commission.
Recently, Epic was able to achieve a partial victory in this area. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Apple must allow alternative payment methods. However, this decision was not immediately implemented. 90-day appeal period is given. While Epic is upset about this matter and is appealing the decision, did not win.
Apple enforces the App Store for payments for now:

Epic Games has filed with the U.S. Supreme Court to challenge the flexibility offered to Apple by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Judge Elena Kagan, He rejected Epic’s request. As for the reason for the decision, no statement has yet been shared.
After this decision, the only option left is to wait for Apple’s appeal and see how they take it up in courtrooms if accepted. Until then, Apple is on track with an absolute win over Epic – Unless the decision of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals becomes effective.
