The complicated lawsuit between Apple and Epic Games is now fighting over one issue: offering developers payment options outside of the App Store, and so Have Apple waive the 30% commission.

Recently, Epic was able to achieve a partial victory in this area. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Apple must allow alternative payment methods.
