In the United States, an armored vehicle with a multi-role missile system Spike NLOS (out of sight) manufactured by the Israeli company Rafael was presented. According to the Defense Blog, the car was developed for special forces.
Lockheed Martin installed the Spike NLOS multipurpose complex on the chassis of the Oshkosh JLTV armored vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to the US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
It is noted that the launcher allows advanced ATGM operators to interrupt the flight of the missile or change the target in real time.
The Spike NLOS multipurpose system is designed to destroy fortifications, armored vehicles and enemy manpower. The complex allows you to hit targets at a distance of up to 25 kilometers at any time of the day. Ammunition can carry a warhead weighing up to six kilograms.
