If I had to define these Corsair HS80 MAX in one word, I think I would stick with versatility. And these new headphones, announced today by Corsair, assume that an excellent choice for users who want to enjoy remarkable sound quality on multiple devices, without having to have a set of headphones for each of them. And of course, this is exactly what the double wireless connectivity of the HS80 MAX offers us, among other things.
This new model joins the HS80 family, which we already covered in depth when we reviewed the Corsair HS80 RGB Wireless, and which, as you can see, left a very good taste in our mouths even then. So we know that Corsair has already started from a very good foundation that is now being improved upon by adding a Bluetooth connectionthereby expanding their capabilities by being able to connect and use them with all types of devices compatible with this type of connection.

For sound reproduction, mount the Corsair HS80 MAX two separate ones neodymium transducers capable of reproducing sounds in the frequency range between 20 hertz and 40 kilohertz. In addition, the sensitivity of 116 dB guarantees that they are able to reproduce sound at a relatively high volume without losing quality. The impedance of 32 ohms in turn guarantees that we can use them with devices that do not require a lot of amplification.
To provide a more personalized user experience, these Corsair HS80 MAX use Sonarworks SoundID technology, an artificial intelligence-based calibration technology that analyzes the frequency response of headphones and adjusts it to deliver higher resolution, more accurate and balanced sound. Except, it also supports Dolby Atmosso they can be used to listen to surround sound.
When it comes to their connectivity, as I mentioned earlier, they offer low latency connections radio frequencies in the 2.4 GHz bandas Bluetooth and to quickly switch between the two sources, they integrate a button that allows you to make said change instantly.
As for its design, as you can see in the pictures, they use floating headband system, which translates into greater comfort, which is reinforced with viscoelastic foam pads covered with breathable fabric, allowing them to be used during long games. And in this sense, connectivity via radio frequency offers a range of up to 65 hours.
