Ukrainian engineers have developed a multi-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle that fights the Jupiter aircraft, a standard model of a vertical take-off drone, carrying a “payload” of 20 kg for a distance of 800 kilometers.
According to the developers, the Jupiter aircraft can be used for reconnaissance, bombardment, can be a tuner, can be presented in any necessary configuration, depending on the tasks facing the fighters.
To date, four aircraft models have been developed. The price of the base model starts from 69,000 – 89,000 euros, depending on the configuration. The company has already put the drones into mass production, with the industrial capacity of the Jupiter drone currently reaching about 100 drones per month.
The fifth Jupiter aircraft model is currently in development. “There are no details, but all I will say is that the distance it can fly is temporarily from Kiev to Beijing,” the developer says.
According to the representative of the company, it will not just be a bird, but already a large plane. The new drone will be almost the only drone that can fly up to 6,000 km away. Source
