I confess that my first reaction after seeing this N-one NBook Fly, thought about getting one. In the end, I ruled it out because I don’t need such a team at the moment, but only common sense stopped the impulse, which, seeing such an interesting proposal, developed very quickly. There are of course significant handicaps, so it will be appreciated very differently depending on the needs of each one, but in any case it is undeniable that we are talking about a more than striking proposition.

Just see a single picture of this NBook Fly it note that it takes inspiration from the sensational ASUS RoG Zephyrus DUO, teams that we have seen in the 15-inch and 16-inch versions, and which, in addition to integrating state-of-the-art components that offer exceptional performance, stand out above all for their configuration with two screens, the main one, which is similar and performs the same function as the screen of any other laptop, and the secondary one, which is displayed between the main screen and the keyboard. This concept is in turn inspired by the now-defunct Touch Bar of the MacBook Pro, and its configuration options make it an extremely useful tool.

I had the opportunity to test the ASUS RoG Zephyrus DUO and the experience could not have been more positive in both cases, which explains why it’s a format I like so much. And for this reason, of course, I was pleasantly surprised by this proposal from N-one, which, with the NBook Fly, copies the dual-screen format, but with much more modest components and, yes, also with a very interesting price.

We start our review of this device with its screens. The main one is from 16-inch IPS with FullHD+ resolution (1920 x 1200 pixels) and 300 nits brightness. The secondary screen is 14 inches, with a resolution of 1920 x 550 pixels, it is touch screen and it can be adjusted with an inclination of up to 12 degrees relative to the keyboard, which makes it very practical to combine its use with the keyboard and also with the touchpad located to the right of the keyboard. keyboard and that it also has a virtual numeric keypad function.

Just by reviewing its specifications, we find that the NBook Fly is a modest proposition, but one that can be customized to suit the needs of many users. It is motorized with a processor Intel Core i7 10750H (10th generation) and comes with 16GB DDR4 RAM aa 1 terabyte SSD. It has three USB 3.0 Type-A and one USB-C ports, an HDMI output, gigabit Ethernet and a headphone jack. If we talk about wireless connectivity, it integrates Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 4.2.

One of its weaknesses is undoubtedly the webcam, only one megapixel, so it probably does not reach when it comes to video conferencing, although the manufacturer claims that it also integrates a microphone with noise reduction based on AI, which would improve the user experience a little for this purpose. And when it comes to autonomy, it integrates a 51Wh battery which according to its manufacturer offers about 6 hours of normal use.

The most notable (besides its dual screen, of course) is undoubtedly its price, and you can find it on its website for €715.73 with shipping from Europe. Of course, keep in mind that there is no Spanish keyboard version of it, at least for now.
