The Hubble Space Telescope photographed the large galaxy cluster 2MASX J05101744-4519179 in the constellation Painter.

He reported on it ESA observatory reports Ukrinform.

The 2MASX J05101744-4519179 space object is located approximately 2.6 billion light-years from Earth.

These observations contribute to a better understanding of the evolution and interaction of dark and light matter in galaxy clusters and help reveal powerful gravitational “telescopes” that magnify distant objects through gravitational lensing.

The two cameras from which the photo was taken are third-generation devices with high image quality and high sensitivity, which is important to astronomers.

They provide images of large areas of the night sky, but see different parts of the electromagnetic spectrum. ACS is optimized for visible light observations, while the WFC3 camera specifically covers the spectrum from ultraviolet to visible light and near infrared light.

As Ukrinform reports, the Hubble telescope photographed the lenticular Galaxy NGC 6684 in the Peacock constellation.
