When you install Windows 11 on your PC, you don’t start with a blank slate. Microsoft allows itself the freedom to provide a diverse range of applications with the operating system: from the Edge browser to an integrated mail client to completely useless apps and games. Also these pre-installed apps bloatware are on your PC because Microsoft wants to promote its own applications or because a partner company has paid for them.

Many of these applications you’ll never use, and it’s less benign than you think. Each application occupies a portion of memory. When your storage is getting full, unused apps can slow down your device’s performance. So there’s no point in leaving bloatware lying around if you don’t intend to use it.

In previous versions of Windows, Microsoft made it nearly impossible to remove these pesky bloatware apps. This was only possible with the help of external applications. Since Windows 11, Microsoft seems to realize that not every user has such apps Mixed reality portal need.     Removing an app from Windows 11 is actually very simple. Click on the three dots and select the option Delete and it’s done. You’ll notice that the delete button doesn’t light up in all apps yet, like Cortana still does. Microsoft promises to fix this in future updates.
