The Moto G53 has become one of the most popular smartphones from wing and as expected its successor, G54 motorcyclealso generates great interest because it could become one of the best options on the market in terms of price-performance ratio.
It hasn’t been officially announced yet, but thanks recent leak we know that the Moto G54 will have a very similar design on the Moto G53 and will have slightly improved hardware settings. As always, we’ll start talking about the exterior and then dive into the more technical stuff.
On the front of the Moto G54 we find a complete all flat screens with fairly closed edges. The front camera is integrated into a centrally located floating island. On the back we have the classic Motorola logo and we see a square island where two cameras and an LED flash are integrated.
Since we are dealing with a cheap mid-range terminal, the Moto G54 will have a plastic chassis and the back will also be finished in the said material. On the front, we will have a glass layer that protects the screen from bumps and scratches. These are not premium materials, but it is quite normal considering that we are talking about a smartphone It will cost less than 200 euros. With that, we’re ready to tackle the hardware.

Possible specifications of the Moto G54
- 6.5-inch display with FHD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.
- SoC Snapdragon 778G with an octa-core CPU divided into two blocks, one block with two 2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 cores and another block with six 2 GHz Cortex-A55 cores.
- Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and 5G connectivity.
- 6GB/8GB RAM.
- 128 GB storage in the 6 GB RAM version, 256 GB storage capacity in the 8 GB RAM version.
- 64 MP main rear camera and 12 MP wide-angle.
- 16 MP front camera.
- 5000 mAh battery.
- Integrated fingerprint reader on the side.
- Android 13 as an operating system.
Keep in mind that the specifications have not been confirmed, so the list I just gave you may have changed to a greater or lesser extent. Some sources say that the Moto G54 could use a MediaTek SoC instead of Snapdragon to reduce costs and maintain good performance. It makes sense and it’s totally believable, but like I told you, it’s not confirmed.
We don’t even have a release date at the moment, but since the Moto G53 hit the market in December, it’s likely that its successor will also debut at the end of this year, ie. sometime in the fourth quarter.
