Ukraine strongly condemns North Korea’s use of ballistic missile technology to launch military satellites into orbit.

According to the news of Ukrinform, this was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

“The launch on 23 August is a gross violation of Pyongyang’s international law and the relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council on North Korea’s nuclear and missile programs. In the statement, Ukraine is committed to maintaining international order in the world and stabilizing the Korean Peninsula. It supports the efforts of the international community to increase the pressure on Pyongyang to ensure safety and security.”

As Ukrinform reported, North Korea made a second attempt to launch its military reconnaissance satellite into space, which again failed. Pyongyang plans to make its next satellite launch attempt in October.

The United States has urged North Korea to refrain from any new satellite launch attempts, in violation of many UN Security Council resolutions, and urged Pyongyang to resort to serious diplomacy instead.

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida arrived at his office around 5:15 a.m. after receiving the notice that North Korea had launched a missile, and the government is currently analyzing the situation and available data to determine the details of the launch, saying first of all that this is all a satellite launch attempt. or whether it was North Korea’s covert test of a long-range intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) satellite.

The failed attempt to launch the first military spy satellite into Earth orbit was made by Pyongyang on May 31.
