The prototype of the electric car on the “Flex Fuel” (Flex Fuel) VS-6 stage II was developed by the Toyota Karoskar Motor company.
Flex Fuel is a technology that allows the engine to use a higher percentage of ethanol mixed with gasoline or gasoline, helping to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, promote sustainable mobility and reduce reliance on traditional fuel sources.
The minister noted that India should reduce its dependence on oil imports. Gadkari said that with ethanol blending, India’s agricultural growth will increase from 12% to 20% and will create many job opportunities.
As part of the transition to a “green” economy, India plans to ban diesel-powered vehicles in cities with a population of over one million and high pollution by 2027, Ukrinform reported.
