As of today, Allocloud is called Telavox. With this integration and name change, Telavox wants to strengthen its presence in the Belgian and French markets.
The Belgian UCaaS specialist Allocloud will continue under a new name. The new Telavox name isn’t far-fetched, as Allocloud came under the Swedish company’s wing in 2021. The name change completes this integration. Telavox now officially becomes the Benelux and France regional division.
Telavox specializes in cloud telephony services and has grown into a company with 46 employees in ten years. In 2019, the company opened the doors to France, then under the name Allocloud. Two years ago, it caught the attention of the Swedish parent company, which has expanded its UCaaS empire through acquisitions (unified communications as a service) wanted to expand throughout Europe and was able to open up two growth markets in one fell swoop.
Founder Jacques Gripekoven now receives the title of Regional Vice President for the French and Benelux markets. It is time to take the merger one step further and give the company a new identity, so that one and the same name applies across Europe, Gripekoven clarifies.
