Notes for Zoom enables users to collaborate before, during, and after meetings to improve productivity and alignment.

Within Notes, users can create and share notes before or during a video call, and collaborate with others in real time during the call, eliminating the need to switch between Zoom and external documents or tools. Users can continue working on notes outside of the meeting and share them at any time.

Notes allows Zoom users to collaborate seamlessly:

• Before a meeting: Take a note, create an agenda, and share it with attendees ahead of time.
• During a meeting: Open a note and share it with others so they can collaborate during the meeting.
• After a meeting: Share a note with anyone who might benefit.

Notes is available to all users at no additional cost and will be rolled out in the coming weeks.

Zoom made headlines last month when the CEO called for a halt to teleworking. The company is also ending non-meeting Wednesdays and the CEO continues to defend why it’s all a good idea. Luckily, the application itself still gets new features regularly, as Notes does now. Zoom recently added video calls that don’t have to be live and supports local data for paying European customers.
