Lenovo announced a number of new hardware products at IFA. The ThinkVision 27 3D literally and figuratively stood out the most. At first glance, this screen looks like your average 27-inch 4K monitor with a 60Hz refresh rate. Connections are available for HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4 and USB-C, so you won’t lack for anything in this area.
But this screen packs a punch. The screen can be switched between 2D and 3D using the 3D Explorer software integrated by the manufacturer. In order to create the 3D effect, your PC must meet the following hardware requirements in addition to compatible software:
If you can tick everything off this list, the Lenovo ThinkVision 27 3D will be available from February 2024 for a whopping €2,999 (incl. VAT).
