Kostyantyn Koshelenko, Ukraine’s Deputy Minister of Social Policy for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitization, spoke about this issue on Ukrainian Radio.
“We are working to ensure that 100 percent of such demanded social services are provided to citizens remotely. Both the portal and Diya application are priorities for us,” the official said.
It also announced that from next Monday, four more popular social services will be available on the Diya portal. These include assistance with the adoption of a child, assistance to a caregiver of a sick child, assistance to persons with childhood disabilities and children with disabilities, child support for a single mother or father.
According to the news of Ukrinform, the “Diya” application was deemed worthy of a special award in the design category at the UX Design Awards.
