Excitement is rising among tech enthusiasts as the famous smartphone maker Xiaomi prepares to unveil the much-anticipated Xiaomi 13T series on September 26 at 14:00 GMT+2 in Berlin. Lei Jun, founder and CEO of Xiaomi, made an exciting announcement marking a revolutionary feature: a collaboration with Leica, whose name is synonymous with world-class photography.

Lei Jun’s statement: “Xiaomi 13T series co-developed with Leica will be released on September 26! Excited to bring original Leica visuals to more fans around the world “, awakened the interest of photography enthusiasts in smartphones.

Release date of Xiaomi 13T series

This upcoming series includes two models: Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro. Among them, the Xiaomi 13T Pro has received great attention from users around the world and has become a hot topic in the tech community.

What makes the Xiaomi 13T Pro particularly interesting is the camera setup. Although it bears some similarities with the internal Redmi K60 Ultra launched last month, it is worth noting that the two products are not the same. Xiaomi 13T Pro has a rear main camera with Sony IMX707 sensor, which is a gorgeous 1/1.28 inch sensor. This sensor is considered the most powerful sensor in Sony’s arsenal after the IMX989.

In contrast, the Xiaomi 13T Pro’s close counterpart, the Redmi K60 Ultra, relies on the Sony IMX800 sensor for its main camera. This subtle difference in camera technology underlines Xiaomi’s commitment to providing the latest technology to its users.

As the release date approaches, fans and tech enthusiasts around the world are looking forward to the Xiaomi 13T series and Leica partnership that promises to take smartphone photography to new heights. Stay tuned for what promises to be an exciting addition to the Xiaomi family.
