American company will create drones as part of program Long shot. The drone will be equipped with air-to-air missiles and its launch platform will be fighter jets.
The new concept is primarily intended to expand the capabilities of fourth-generation fighter aircraft. Drones equipped with air-to-air missiles will be able to increase the range and effectiveness of missions.
