Apple today announced new subscription options for iCloud cloud service users as part of the iPhone 15 event.
Previously, the maximum capacity of an individual iCloud account in the US was 2TB for $9.99 per month. But starting September 18, Apple will offer 6TB and 12TB plans that offer more space for personal photos, videos, documents, and data.
The 6TB iCloud+ plan costs $29.99 per month in the US. A 12TB subscription costs twice as much – $59.99 per month. As with other iCloud+ subscriptions, up to six people can share storage with Family Sharing.
These subscriptions also include all other iCloud+ features like iCloud Private Relay, HomeKit Secure Video, and more. The new subscription will be available starting Monday, September 18.
