The German government provided Ukraine with additional weapons to fight Russian aggression. The arms supply was reported by Spiegel. According to the German publication, there have been shipments of weapons for the past two weeks. Ukraine received 2,450 disposable RGW-90 anti-tank grenade launchers, 1,600 DM22 anti-tank mines and 3,000 DM31 anti-personnel mines.

Ukraine reportedly ordered and paid for RGW-90 anti-tank grenade launchers directly from a German manufacturer. Note that the RGW-90 grenade launchers in the Bundeswehr are called Matadors. The DM22 mine in the PARM 1 version has an effective range of 2 to 40 meters. The flying mine has a speed of about 120 meters per second and a claimed armor penetration of 600 millimeters.

The modification PARM 2 includes an infrared sensor that provides precise mine firing at a distance of up to 100 meters. The PARM 2 warhead has been upgraded and brought to an armor penetration of 750 millimeters and can overcome the dynamic protection of armored vehicles. The DM22 can be programmed for hours to 30 days of activity.

The mine is mounted on a small tripod that allows you to move it 360 degrees, raise it to 90 degrees and lower it to -45 degrees. Mine has been adjusted manually. The DM22 mine can be detonated with the aid of a fiber optic trigger cable, which is triggered when damaged by both the command and an armored vehicle. After that, the mine flies from the launcher in the direction of the target and hits it in the airborne projection. The DM31 anti-aircraft mine has a magnetic target sensor and is designed to destroy or disable enemy tracked and wheeled vehicles.

Damage to tracked or wheeled armored vehicles occurs due to penetration of the bottom by a cumulative jet, as a result of which transmission elements, weapons, other equipment inside the vehicle are damaged and fire may occur.
