I have made several trades with Apple teams since the decision to withdraw the iPhone 12 from the French market. After discussions and upon request@anfrApple assured me it would be updated to the iPhone 12 in the next few days.

On Tuesday, the US company was told that ANFR tests showed the device was emitting electromagnetic waves exceeding European standards and was ordered to stop selling the model and fix the problem within two weeks.
“This is due to a proprietary testing protocol used by French regulators and is not a security issue,” an Apple spokesperson said in a statement, adding that the company would release a software update to users in France that should resolve the issue.
Bloomberg reported this week that Apple advised its technical support staff not to share any information when consumers asked about the issue. The company has already stopped production of the iPhone 12, which was released in 2020, and stopped selling it after announcing the iPhone 15 series on Tuesday.
