AOC GAMING 16G3 is a new gaming monitor from AGON by AOC. And like all brands it’s meant for gaming, but in this case it’s a new version launches portable format.

This is a design that is gaining market share among a large group of monitors. And it comes in handy, for example, to connect it to a laptop and have a dual screen to increase productivity during computer tasks, presentations or other functions. It is less common to see specific models for games and thus the novelty that we present to you today.

AOC GAMING 16G3

The monitor is panel based 15.6″ IPS diagonal. Its native resolution is FHD and the gaming specific features are correct, the refresh rate 144 Hz and a response time of 4 milliseconds.

Its design adapts to the necessary mobility capacity with chassis thickness 11.5 mm and weight 1.1 kg and distinctive finishes in black and red. With a size that matches the size of the most used notebooks, the monitor fits into most typical backpacks, and for added safety, the manufacturer provides a padded carrying bag.

The monitor is equipped with a rear stand that allows you to position it at different tilt angles to ensure the most comfortable viewing experience during longer games. Switching between portrait and landscape modes is intuitive thanks to the Auto-Pivot feature available in the included i-Menu control software.

Connectivity allows its use with video game consoles, laptops or mobile devices such as tablets or mobile phones. MicroHDMI input supports consoles such as PS4, PS5 or Xbox One, Xbox Series S or 16G3’s second USB-C port enables DC power input and simplifies cable management. Power can also be routed through the first USB-C port, allowing charging and screen sharing at the same time.

The AOC GAMING 16G3 will be available from mid-September at a suggested retail price 249 pounds.
