GeForce Now, a cloud gaming service, Thursdays have been dedicated to adding new compatible games for a long time, and that’s something he does at a more than remarkable pace. For example, when we add the titles that have arrived at GFN in the last three quarters (not counting today), we find no fewer than 45 titles, from same-day premieres to veteran titles and from triple-A to indies. Most interestingly, the scope of the service is undoubtedly magnificent.
For those unfamiliar with GeForce Now, it’s a service offered by NVIDIA that allows you to play a wide selection of games remotely, in the cloud. Of course, unlike other services of this type, In this case, access to games purchased by the user in the main digital stores is offeredso the user always keeps ownership of them and can also play them locally if they wish.
So GeForce Now offers a cloud platform that offers us the necessary functions for optimal playing of these titles and on which we can access from any compatible devicewhether it is an old and/or basic PC that does not meet the necessary technical requirements to use these games, a smart TV, a tablet, a smartphone, a portable console… the list is endless and in all cases the gaming experience will be completely optimal.
GeForce Now offers three types of accounts and for those who are curious but haven’t decided to try it yet, the basic level is completely free. Just create an account, link it to your digital stores (Steam, Epic, etc.) and start playing in the cloud. This type of account has some limitations, such as graphics settings and the duration of game sessions, but it is an excellent resource to try out the service and has no time limit, so you can use it as you like.
Below are the priority accounts, which offer access to advanced graphics settings, longer gaming sessions and, as the name suggests, priority access (i.e. no waiting) to servers. Personally, and I’ve said this on other occasions, I’ve been a subscriber to this tier for years and the gaming experience on all types of devices (I’ve used PC, smartphone and tablet) is phenomenal. Its price is 9.99 euros per month or 49.99 semi-annually, which saves about one monthly fee.
Finally we find the Ultimate level, also known as GeForce Now RTX 4080, and you can already imagine the reason for this name, which is that it really offers a gaming experience with the latest generation of high-end PC equipped with GeForce RTX 4080. Full Review done by Isidro Ros earlier this year, it clearly shows how spectacular this level of service is and I recently got to experience it personally and all I can say is WOW! It’s really spectacular. It’s not a cheap service, that’s for sure, but for lovers of perfection, it’s at least worth a try. Its monthly price is 19.99 euros, and those who prefer half-yearly payment will save almost a monthly fee, because in that case the price is 99.99 euros.
As hinted at the beginning, eleven games have been added to the GeForce Now catalog this week, including day one releases such as PAYDAY 3 and Party Animals, this week’s free game on Epic Games, 911 Operator (casual exceptionally addictive and fun for resource management game lovers) and as we announced a few weeks ago, also some of the titles available in Xbox Game Pass. This is the full list:
