“We’re introducing a range of products and features that will encourage people to push the boundaries of creative expression,” said Tony Reid, YouTube’s vice president of community products.
YouTube’s new products include a tool called Dream Screen in Shorts, which uses artificial intelligence to add graphic backgrounds or images to shorts. The company also announced new AI-powered production tools for editing both short and long videos on the platform.
The company also announced its launch plans YouTube Create is a mobile app designed to help the platform’s creators make video creation easier. The app will also include AI-powered features such as editing and trimming, automatic subtitling, voice-over capabilities and filters, and access to a royalty-free music library.
In addition to the above, YouTube will provide creators with more tools to gain AI-based insights, assist with automatic dubbing of videos, and help find music and soundtracks for videos.
