It is noted that since the beginning of the war, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations has been closed so that the data of Ukrainians is completely safe. Now he continued his work and registration service on the basis of the model charter of LLCs.
To do this, log in to the Action portal, fill out the online form, select the required options for the model statute or edit the statute by default, check the data and sign the documents with a qualified electronic signature (QES).
As reported, the Ministry of Digital Transformation announced on February 24 that the “Action” portal will be temporarily closed – some digital documents and a number of services in the application will be unavailable.
Until now, many services have continued their work. In particular, in the application “Action” there is an opportunity to make changes or close the FOP, as well as pay taxes.
