The new Tinder Select subscription is available to less than 1% of the most active users. For around $6,000 a year, they’ll have access to new features not available in current Tinder plans, such as VIP searching and matchmaking.

The service plans to implement the Tinder Select program permanently. Such users will be offered three more subscription types, starting at $24.99 per month.

“We know there is a subset of highly engaged and active users who prefer more efficient and effective ways to find people, so we ran a lot of testing and (gathered) audience feedback over the past few months to develop an entirely new tool. offer” – said Tinder Chief Product Officer Mark Van Ryswyk.

Gary Swidler, president of Match Group, which owns Tinder and other online dating services, believes the launch of the Tinder Select subscription will have a significant impact on the company’s earnings.

As Ukrinform reported, on September 19, Elon Musk, owner of the social network X, suggested that all users of the old Twitter may have to pay for access to the platform.
