The video begins with TeslaBot performing a self-calibration routine (like yoga) that is important for adapting to new conditions.
The company then demonstrates how Optimus can use vision and joint position sensors to determine the position of his limbs in space.
This allows TeslaBot to interact with objects and perform tasks precisely.
One of the tasks Optimus demonstrates in the video is to sort the blue and green building blocks into corresponding trays. Tesla Optimus can easily pick up any block and move it at the same speed as a human.
It can handle dynamic changes in the environment, such as when a person intervenes in this sorting process and moves blocks on their own.
TeslaBot can also correct its own mistakes, such as when a building block fell on its side and needed to be flipped over.
As reported by Ukrinform, in October last year, Tesla CEO Elon Musk presented a prototype of the Optimus humanoid robot.
