This is a development tool that Meta itself uses to design AI technology and the studio is now also available to external companies.

In AI Studio, you can develop chatbots to answer customer questions received through social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The chatbots are based on the Llama-2 model, the best that Meta offers today in the field of LLMs. You can customize Llama 2 to create a virtual assistant that promotes your organization’s values. Meta believes that the AI ​​Studio can provide companies with great customer service and e-commerce services. “From small businesses looking to expand to large brands looking to improve their communications, AI using our apps can help companies build their virtual presence. Meta will gradually open its AI Studio. It starts today with an alpha test for Messenger. Instagram and WhatsApp will also be added later.
