Honda introduced the Prologue model in Michigan.
It was noted that the exterior and interior of the electric car were developed by Honda experts, and the battery, which allows the vehicle to travel approximately 480 kilometers on a single charge, was provided by GM.
“The Prologue name marks the beginning of a new chapter in the US electric vehicle market. “We want to expand our sales here with this model,” said Matsuura Hirokazu from Honda Motor.
U.S. President Joe Biden’s administration is trying to promote electric cars as a way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Just over 7 percent of new cars sold in the U.S. from April to June of this year were electric.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Porsche company introduced its new hybrid car, the 2024 Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid.
