He also stressed that Ukraine is interested in joining the EU roaming space and suggested that bilateral negotiations be started on this issue.

As much of the telecommunications infrastructure has been destroyed by the occupiers and needs to be rebuilt, the Ministry of Finance is working with partners from DG CONNECT to join the European Union Facility. The Ministry has compiled a preliminary list of technical needs that it plans to communicate with DG CONNECT among European partners.
