With the announcement of Accelerate, Recruiter and new learning features, LinkedIn kills three AI birds with one stone. These are aimed at marketers, recruiters and employees who want to learn something new. With these announcements, LinkedIn continues to expand its platform with generative AI.
We’ll start with Accelerate, an AI tool for creating digital marketing campaigns. Our own research found that 75 percent of marketers want to use generative AI to create promotional materials faster, and with Accelerate, LinkedIn has just the thing for you.
You simply give the tool a link to a product page and Accelerate converts it into pre-made ads, including images and text. Accelerate views of your company’s page and previous advertising campaigns. The tool goes one step further and also suggests target groups to send the campaign to. You can request additional explanations for all preset settings using the integrated chat functions.
The other two functions focus more on personnel policy. Recruiter 2024 more or less reveals what it is for with its name. Many organizations complain about staff shortages and LinkedIn sees AI as the solution. Let us know what profile you are looking for, e.g. For example, a senior marketing manager who lives near your headquarters and Recruiter will shortlist interesting profiles. The recruiter will give priority to people who indicate via LinkedIn that they are open to a new challenge.
There is finally a new virtual coach within the LinkedIn Learning platform. This AI bot helps you find relevant training to deepen your skills. Based on your job title, the virtual coach can give you individual advice on problems. You can see how this works in the demo below.
LinkedIn is a big fan of generative AI. AI features have also been introduced in recent months to write updates for you and for graphic design.
