Super Sub can dive to depths of 300 m.
The 62kWh onboard battery has an endurance of approximately eight hours, but oxygen, CO2 removal, interior lighting and communication with the surface will be maintained for at least 96 hours.
The speed of the submarine is 18.5 km per hour.
“The Super Submarine’s speed of 10 knots (ed. 18.5 km) is 3-4 knots faster than the maximum cruising speed of a common bottlenose dolphin and 7 knots faster than the average submarine.
