Goodbye, commander!  Biden’s dog kicked out of White House for biting agents

CommanderAmerican President’s German Shepherd, Joe Bidenwas excluded from White House and his future is assessed after the animal bites several agents Secret Service and staff of the presidential house.

Elizabeth Alexander, press secretary for the first lady, Jill Bidenconfirmed the expulsion to several American media outlets.

This became known after the network cnn reported that the German shepherd was involved in more incidents than the 11 confirmed by the Secret Service, and that the animal had also bitten White House staffers.

In recent months, several of his attacks have come to light in the media. The most recent incident occurred in late September, when the Commander bit an agent who had to be treated by the complex’s medical staff.

Last November, another officer had to be hospitalized after being bitten on the arms and legs.

The White House said in July that the Bidens were considering giving the commander new training to keep the situation under control, but it is unclear whether that has happened.

The commander arrived at the White House in December 2021. This was a gift the President received from his family several months after his death. Championa German shepherd who accompanied the couple for 13 years.

In US history, most presidential families have had a pet in the White House: Barack Obama (2009–2017) had two Portuguese water dogs, Bo and Sunny, and his predecessor George W. Bush (2001–2009) lived with three dogs and a cat.

The Bidens adopted another German shepherd in 2018. Mainwho was transferred to his residence in Delaware after an attack on a member of the presidential security detail.
