After ten years of continuous growth, the Inetum Group announces a new strategic plan consisting of four business areas.

In 2022, the Inetum Group achieved sales of 2.4 billion euros, representing annual growth of more than 12%. Today Inetum is an international group with almost 28,000 employees in 27 countries.

With the arrival of Jacques Pommeraud at the helm of the Inetum Group in March 2023, the group, together with the main shareholder Bain Capital Private Equity, is now pursuing a new strategic direction with four global business areas:

Inetum advice: Advising companies on their strategic considerations about the direction, timing and speed of their transformation plans. Provide operational support in implementing solutions tailored to customers’ core activities, size and processes.

Inetum Technologies: Helping IT managers achieve operational excellence through cost optimization and flexibility of their IT infrastructure, through all types of industrialization, automation and security options.

Inetum Solutions: We enable companies to implement the best solutions on the market from strategic partners such as Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow, become faster and more agile and improve their business processes to meet future challenges.

Inetum software: Offer implementation of more than 50 cross-industry software solutions; Innovation with 27 R&D centers in the public sector, health and social care, supply chain, insurance and finance and civil security; offers comprehensive solutions for time and activity management, human resources management and content management.

To give additional strength to this new strategy, Inetum announces the acquisition of three French digital transformation experts: 47QUAI, Viseo Dynamics and Proceed.
