The flying machine, called CruiseUp, is designed to carry two people. It is approximately one and a half times larger than a conventional land vehicle.
The aerotaxi of the future will be powered by six rotating rotors, but only four are immediately visually visible on the sides. The other two are mounted in the front and rear of the passenger compartment.
The aerotaxis will have a maximum speed of 150 km/h and have an estimated range of 100 km on a single charge.
The company expects to officially see CruiseUp in the skies before 2035.
According to the American company Ukrinform Joby Aviation will build its first factory in Dayton, Ohio from the production of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) air taxis.
