“Italia Riflessa” project
Every photo shoot can turn into a snapshot of unique moments, and Xiaomi has brought this idea to its latest project “Italia Riflessa” on the occasion of the launch of the Xiaomi 13T Series. The Questa series offers the public a professional-level photography experience thanks to the collaboration with Leica. The project is a journey to discover the cities of Rome, Naples and Milan; A tribute to the art of photography that can capture life in its purest essence, a story from beginning to end.
In a new smartphone series, “Il capolavoro in ogni storia”, three photographs approved by Leica – Carmine Benincasa, Nicola D’Orta and Federica Cocciro – capture the gestures and lives of ordinary people in different cities. The tour started on October 10 and featured three creators, Francesca Noè (amilanopuoi), Carolina Cosentino (Piacerdiroma) and Marco Marfella (Ilmenestrelloh), who also explored the history of the city through their social channels.
The results of this journey are testimonies of the original stories chosen for the occasion and told by Francesco Oggiano, an exceptional storyteller. During the Italian tour, Francesco created trasforma gli scatti on parole, collective stories subdivided by theme. “Il capolavoro in ogni story” is the slogan of the Xiaomi 13T series and the inspiration for this project. The project is currently active with a launch video on Xiaomi Italia’s social channels. It will also be presented in one of the episodes of the Xiaomi podcast “Storie di Smart Life”, where Oggiano is a guest. This point makes it even more important to confront connections, passions and stories about the city.
As a result, a physical public event called “Talk in Store” will be held on November 11 and 12 at the Xiaomi Store Italia in Arese. During the event, Francesco Oggiano, together with photographers and creators, will tell the story of “Italia Riflessa” and open a show that will allow the public to be immersed in the stories of the heroes of the campaign.
“Italia Riflessa” is the social version of a larger multimedia campaign that was launched together with the Xiaomi 13T Series and will continue until the end of October. Xiaomi’s “Il capolavoro in ogni storia” claim will be visible on TV, DOOH, train station and their digital and social channels.
