What makes GeForce Now such an interesting service for users, although the reasons could be enumerated, is primarily its ubiquity. This means that we will assume that we will buy a game compatible with the service from a digital store. It’s a PC game, probably only compatible with Windows, so we can only play it on a PC with the mentioned OS, right? Well, not quite If we decide to play on GeForce Now, we can do it on computers, smartphones, tablets, Android TV devices, televisions… The list is very extensive, and since the games run in the cloud, we will only need a fast Internet connection for full satisfaction.

And how exactly does GeForce Now work? well that is, actually extremely simple. As you will see below, NVIDIA offers three levels of GFN subscriptions and although we have said it from here on more than one occasion, there are still many people who do not know that they can use it without paying a single penny. • Free account: as the name suggests, you will only have to register as a user and from that moment you will be able to start using this type of service, which you can do indefinitely. It has some limitations, such as the duration of games, graphics settings, and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes after accessing the service before you can start playing. However, whether you don’t have the funds to have a paid account, or if you want to do a first test of the service before signing up to a higher level (which is exactly what I did at the time), this is the best choice.
• Priority account: with this tier, you get access to advanced graphics settings, longer gaming sessions (up to six hours) and, as the name suggests, you get virtually instant access to games, avoiding waiting for free accounts. It offers excellent value for money and the gaming experience is supremely satisfying (and I say this as a subscriber to this tier for years). Its monthly fee is 9.99 euros per month, but you can also make a semi-annual payment of 49.99 euros (this way you pay 8.33 euros per month).
• Final account: Can you imagine equipping any device (PC, smartphone, tablet, TV, etc.) with a GeForce RTX 4080 in a state-of-the-art high-end device? Well, that’s what this modality offers you, designed for the most demanding players. We tested this level at the beginning of the year and it left us speechless, as you can see for yourself in the review and I have personally been testing it for a few weeks and I still can’t believe it and it’s still hard for me to think that I’m playing in the cloud. To say it’s the highlight of the range is perhaps an understatement. Its monthly price is 19.99 euros and it also offers the option of semi-annual payment of 99.99 euros, so we will pay 16.67 euros per month. Yes, it is true that it is not a cheap service, but if you can afford it, definitely give it a try, I guarantee it will be worth it.

GeForce Now has kept the same prices since its official launch, so NVIDIA will review them soon.
