Microsoft announced a new Xbox Series S bundle with my mind set on Christmas shopping. It is the period when the most consoles are sold and the big companies in the sector try to offer attractive products like the one in question.

While waiting for the next generation of consoles, Sony took a step this week with the “new” PlayStation 5, and just a few days later, Microsoft announced another novelty, which it presents as the Xbox Starter Bundle. The new Xbox Series S bundle includes the original console, a white 512GB S series, a standard Xbox wireless controller (Robot White version) and a code for free access to Xbox Games Pass Ultimate for three months. Its price is 299 euros/dollar.

This isn’t the first time Microsoft has offered a “starter bundle” for one of its consoles. In 2018, it announced a similar offer for the Xbox One S, which also included a three-month subscription to the now-defunct Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass.

Although the S series does not have the hardware performance of the series brings even more value to the consolewhich gives owners access to hundreds of games on Xbox Game Pass and EA Play at no additional cost, plus support for online multiplayer and support for PC Game Pass titles and cloud games for TVs, smart monitors and mobile devices.

The new Xbox Series S bundle will be available worldwide starting October 31, although it can now be reserved in the Microsoft Store. The price of 299 euros is attractive for what it offers, especially for a three-month subscription, which is valued at more than 50 euros.
