As of today, Telenet is no longer represented on Euronext Brussels and trading has been suspended.
Liberty Global announced today that it has received acceptances for 1,156,941 Telenet shares during the squeeze-out period. All Telenet Shares that have not been tendered at the end of the squeeze-out period will be transferred to the bidder by operation of law.
Payment of the offer price for the contributed shares will take place on October 19, 2023. Friday, October 13, 2023, was the last day on which Telenet was listed on Euronext Brussels. Upon completion of the buyout period, all shares of the organization will be (indirectly) owned by Liberty Global.
