On October 16, beta testing of the vehicle re-registration service such as cars, motorcycles and mopeds started on the Diya application.
This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister for the Development of Innovations, Education, Science and Technologies – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov. Telegram reported to Ukrinform.
“Soon Diya will launch a revolutionary car re-registration service so that Ukrainians can buy and sell cars in just a few clicks. Beta testing starts today. Join to be the first to check how the service works,” the message reads.
According to Fedorov, the re-registration service will be available to owners of cars, motorcycles or mopeds. To use it, the seller will need to draw up a contract in “Dia” and share a QR code or link, and the buyer will need to read the document, select the license plates and technical passport.
The Minister also reminded that through “Diya” an order can be given to deliver documents, license plates and technical passport to the “Ukrposhta” branch.
As reported, a new driver’s license delivery service is being implemented in Ukraine through the Diya application. The service is open to novice drivers whose first license has expired for two years. Vehicle owners who have lost or damaged a document, who want to change their personal data or get a plastic ID can also benefit from the service.
