Anyone in New Zealand or the Philippines who wants to become a member of X despite everything must now raise one US dollar annually to participate.

New members from the Philippines and New Zealand now have to register in two steps:

However, there is another option with the new program. New members from the two test countries who do not want to pay can still create an account, but only to follow other accounts, read posts and watch videos.
