According to Check Point, Horizon Playblocks enable organizations to better protect themselves from fast-spreading cyberattacks and attackers targeting multiple vectors.
Check Point introduces Horizon Playblocks, a security automation and collaboration platform that automatically mitigates attacks and prevents them from spreading through collaboration between people, processes and technology.
Today, security teams often struggle to prioritize manual updates and address vulnerabilities across the network. In a traditional security model, solutions run at a local environment level, assuming threats are located within a specific silo.
Horizon Playblocks aims to combat this by making technology, people and processes work together to stop the spread of attacks. Once a security tool detects a potential threat at an enforcement point, it triggers preventative actions across the security infrastructure and security solutions and takes operational actions to alert the appropriate teams.
“Instinctive” product
Nataly Kremer, Chief Product Officer and Head of Research and Development at Check Point Software Technologies. “The best way to understand Playblocks is to think of it as an ‘instinctive’ security product, capable of immediately blocking an attack and preventing its spread within an organization.”
“With its unique blend of instant response, automatic updates and third-party integration, Playblocks embodies true collaborative security.”
Playblocks is part of the Check Point Horizon security suite, along with the MDR SOC service and the advanced detection and prevention SOC platform.”
