NetSuite, the cloud service for enterprise software, is being strengthened by owner Oracle with more generative AI and a number of new functionalities.

Oracle’s enterprise software cloud service NetSuite has received a major upgrade, almost exactly a year after a previous major update. Virtual warehouse

NetSuite’s cloud solution for data Analytics Warehouse gets a dose of generative AI. It manages and centralizes data to improve data management. Login has been simplified and users can make more specific settings about who can access what content.

Analytics are now integrated into dashboards. This allows users to easily create links to visualizations and look up statistics to add to charts. Thanks to new data pipelines, the data is now more up-to-date.

With this update, users will also get more accurate financial data analysis. There is also a new budget monitoring feature. With analytics that go beyond summaries, AI now delivers even deeper insights.

However, this upgrade is currently not available for the Benelux countries.

Financially

Then there is also Enterprise performance management. This is a financial tool that combines all accounting and business aspects. This is intended to ensure faster and more accurate financial processes and greater insight.

In the same direction as EPM there is also Benchmark 360. This is a tool for analyzing operational and financial statistics.

The AI ​​of Bill Capture is intended to ensure less manual work in accounting. The system helps users search and categorize publications based on data.

Oracle has also added generative AI NetSuite Planning and Budgeting. This now enables automatic data analysis with predictive algorithms.

Another new feature is Transaction row distribution, which allows companies to split separate transactions across departments or teams. This enables the creation of distribution templates. It also helps automate incoming data. An additional function inside Configure/Price/Offer supports companies in developing concrete options for their customers.

With the new service Capital city Companies can better monitor their cash flow. This also includes the digital payment solution Pay At. This is also integrated into NetSuite and helps with new accounts within a company thanks to specified tariffs and costs.
