“Today, a new service has been launched for Ukrainians. Now on Diya you can find the Invincibility Point closest to you, see the work schedule and facilities, plan the route. This will allow people to access light, heat, water or the internet if necessary,” he said.
As Shmyhal mentioned, the map can be downloaded. It can also be used offline in case of power and communications outage.
The service started operating in all regions except Kherson, Zaporizhia, Donetsk and Luhansk for security reasons.

As Deputy Prime Minister for the Development of Innovations, Education, Science and Technologies – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov added on Telegram, the map of invincibility points in “Dia” is interactive.
In addition to the address, work schedule and conditions, it is possible to filter items by specific needs: Internet, heating, generator, mobile communications, etc. whether or not.
To use the offline service, the map of the selected area must be downloaded in advance to “Diya” when internet is available.
Information on immunity points in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolaiv regions is partially available on the map.
“The safety of the public comes first,” the deputy prime minister emphasized.
Fedorov also announced the expansion of the functionality of the service: in the future you will be able to view photos of unbreakable points, rate them, leave feedback, etc.
Last week, the prime minister said: A network of 13,000 unbreakable points has already been deployed in Ukraine.
