WhatsApp has started business communication with the WhatsApp Business app, which is similar to the official app but with a few changes. WhatsApp Business can be used manually, but also Automate by creating automated response systemsas we’ve seen in the past with WHO bot and others.

Better integration of WhatsApp into business

WhatsApp has long had a business platform for WhatsApp Business where it is possible to create an automated response system—or bots—that businesses can do. Automatically interact with customers via WhatsApp chats. Some of these functions are the creation of automatic replies with buttons or follow-up messages after a user registers.

This platform was accessible for large companies, but not so easy for small or small businesses to take advantage of its features: API focused on medium and large companies, while small businesses often struggled to gain access.

At a Meta business messaging conference, we know the company had some highlights on this. Cloud version of WhatsApp Business PlatformIt is hosted on meta servers for free. And they say, it can be used by any company.

According to Facebook, a company will be able to gain access and start building WhatsApp experiences “within minutes” and also for small businesses. They will have the tools at their disposal to simply control the number of chats they receive. We knew some of these tools, such as the creation of personalized links, from the hands of WhatsApp Premium a few days ago.
