Deputy Prime Minister for the Development of Innovations, Education, Science and Technologies – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov told about this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine, as reported by Ukrinform.

“There will be no subpoenas at Diya. It seems to me that we will keep our word in everything we talked about during my time as a minister. Therefore, I can safely say that there will be no subpoenas at Diya,” Fedorov said.

He also talked about “Oberig”, the only electronic record of conscripts. According to Fedorov, this registry was activated for quite a long time, it also expired for a long time, but it did not appear during the full-scale occupation, it was there even before that. And in fact, every officer has information about recruits, but he keeps this information in these folders.

“Basically, the first thing was to digitize these folders, enter them into the system, so that this information would be online. When you came to the Military Committee, it was all in your file and you did not need to look for this information. Then, for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, what was happening in mobilization in general, how many people were enlisted It is immediately clear in real time that they were received and where they are working – that is, to make a kind of prediction. “This information is over, more than 90 percent is exactly the digitized version of this information,” Fedorov said.

He added that from now on, everything will be structured in such a way that when a person comes to the Military Commissariat, the information will be instantly entered into this system. In essence, this means removing these tails, windows, etc. It is the automation of the work of military commissariats that eliminates them. This is about service in the Military Commissariat.

As reported, they plan to launch “smart mobilization” in Ukraine, that is, when the person himself chooses the specialty in which he wants to mobilize.
