The new MacBook Pros come in three models: 14-inch MacBook Pro with M3 chip, 14-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Pro or M3 Max chip, and 16-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Pro or M3 Max chip. Prices start from $1599.
Laptop models are equipped with a Liquid Retina XDR display with 20% increased brightness. The company promises up to 22 hours of battery life for the new MacBook Pro, at least on the 16” M3 Pro model. A significant performance increase is also claimed with the new processor: 60% faster rendering in Final Cut Pro.
It is stated that the performance of the models on the M3 Max has increased 2.5 times compared to the previous devices on the M1 Max.
The new series is equipped with a built-in 1080p camera, six-speaker sound system and a wide range of connectivity options.
The new MacBook Pro will be available in silver and space gray color options; A new color, space black, will be available for the MacBook Pro with M3 Pro and M3 Max.
As for the new iMac with the M3 chip, the product is given a 24-inch, 4.5K resolution Retina display. With M1.1 it has become twice as fast as the previous generation. The maximum configuration includes a 10-core graphics processor, 24 GB RAM and 2 TB storage.
The company promises that thanks to the new processor, it will be possible to edit and play back up to 12 4K video streams, which is three times more than before, and to create and process video projects in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro at twice the speed. Photos are also twice as fast in programs like Adobe Photoshop.
The new iMac with M3 supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
Its cost starts at $1,299. It will be available in seven colors: green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue and silver.
Sales of the new products will start on November 7.
