On Thursday, November 2, the website of the Kiev Regional Council was attacked by hackers and a statement to the Cyber Police is currently being prepared to identify those involved in the attack.
This was announced on Facebook by the acting Ukrinform, reports the chairman of the Kiev Regional Council, Yaroslav Dobryanskyi.
“Today the website of the Kiev Regional Council was attacked by hackers. As of 13.32, the start page of the website of the Kiev Regional Council looked like a picture of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and had a threatening message in Russian: “ZELENSKY!!!! ATTENTION!!! WE ARE ALREADY HERE!!! WAIT FOR DETAILS!!!”, – said Dobryanskyi.
He noted that an application has been prepared to the Cyber Police to identify those involved in the attack and bring them to justice.
Dobryansky noted that the website contains public information aimed at informing the public about the activities of the Kiev Regional Council.
“We are currently doing everything possible to restore the operation of the site,” the acting director wrote. Chairman of the Kyiv Regional Council.
