A new service has been introduced into the Diya application – the possibility of paying fines for administrative offenses.
According to Ukrinform, Deputy Prime Minister for the Development of Innovations, Education, Science and Technologies Mykhailo Fedorov announced this on Telegram.
“Now Ukrainians can pay fines for administrative violations in Diya. Without long bureaucratic procedures and court trips. “In just a few clicks – on a smartphone,” said Fedorov.
He noted that administrative violations can be committed due to carelessness: “For example, smoking in an unidentified place or violating trade rules. After that, the person faces a fine, which begins a long and arduous process.”
“You need to go to court and stand in line to get the court decision and find out the details of payment of the fine and court fee. And only then go to the bank,” said the head of the Ministry of Digital.
According to him, “everything is in Diya now.” You need to open the “Court cases” or “Court penalties” section, select the penalty and pay it. This much. The receipt will automatically go to the court and the court will close your case after depositing the money.”
“We continue to build the best digital country where people receive services easily and conveniently,” Fedorov emphasized.
According to Ukrinform, Ukrainians purchased 2.3 million military bonds worth over 2.3 billion UAH on the Diya application.
