As the Minister explained, you no longer need to go to court and wait in queues to obtain a court order and receive details of the payment of fines and court fees. Now everything can be found quickly in Action.
You need to open the Court cases or Court fines section, select the fine and pay it. The receipt will automatically go to the court and the court will close your case after depositing the money.
Administrative offenses can consist of minor negligences, such as smoking in prohibited areas or violating commercial regulations, and often require a complex and lengthy resolution process. Traditionally, citizens had to go through a series of bureaucratic steps, such as going to court, waiting in long lines to receive the court order, fine details and associated court fees, and finally going to the bank to pay the fine. With the introduction of the new service, this complex process becomes simpler and more accessible to citizens.
