The aim of the exercise is to train representatives of the armed forces, government and civilian sectors to assess and manage cyber incidents. During the drills, scenarios of various cyber incidents will be played out, ranging from simple communication disruption to the creation of “noise”, the insertion of malicious code and even the physical hacking of networks.

These scenarios will evaluate the capabilities of the military, government agencies, and civilian sector companies to detect, analyze, and prevent such cyber incidents. To develop scenario situations, an incident center “Red Team” will be created, whose representatives will take on the role of thieves, and a rapid response group to cyber incidents (“Blue Team”) will try to deal with all incidents. difficulties.

Around 300 representatives from Lithuania, Latvia, the USA, Georgia, Norway and PESCO (EU structure Permanent Structured Cooperation), led by Croatia, as well as representatives of the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense, Lithuanian Rifle Corps institutions and government agencies, universities and civilian information technology companies.

Representatives from Australia, Taiwan, Japan, Sweden, Germany, Finland and Ukraine also participate in the drills as observers.
